"Good place to stay right on the water. There is some kind of smell as you're walking into the lobby and the rooms are a little outdated, but the balcony view is awesome and the beds are comfy. Thanks for having us!"

"We stayed in the kitchenette. If you plan on making coffee, you need to pick up enough from the cupboard where the ‘Ice’ sign is. They had run out when I went to get it. Staff are not available 24/7."

Baybreeze Restaurant and Motel

Baybreeze Restaurant and Motel

8/10 Good
"My husband and our children visited Bay Breeze Motel on the August long weekend as a place to stay while visiting New River Beach for the first time. We arrived with the expectation of a simple room and that is what we got! The property has only three rooms total and a restaurant in a separate building- all located on the cliff's edge of the ocean; we stayed in two of the rooms. There were two double beds in each room, one bar fridge, a table with two chairs and a love seat. Furnishings were dated but functional and clean. Pillows were thin. Bathroom was functional and clean, however the shower sprayed sporadically and could have used some maintenance. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. There were many small bars of packaged soap available but no other amenities such as shampoo, hair dryer, shower cap, etc. Something to keep in mind if arriving for a visit as there are no stores in the immediate vicinity. A porch with a table was right outside the back door with a beautiful view of the ocen, only meters away (no real beach access as it is a cliff, but lovely to listen to and look at). The view and location were the best parts of this room/stay. The motel restaurant is the only restaurant in the immediate vicinity except for one in the provincial park and a takeout, also in the park. There are a couple of small grocery stores accessible by a short drive. The restaurant was decent, but pricey. Worth a drive to the grocery store for sandwiches for lunch at the"

"If you are looking for a Family hotel then this is for you. There's not much choices in the area so don't expect a resort hotel. They are welcoming, make you feel accommodated. They quickly changed our room when one of the lights wasn't working in the bathroom and was very apologetic for it. This is New Brunswick and not your typical fast pace kind of living so don't go expecting luxury, expect more of a home hotel. Would go back and stay again if I'm in the area."

"We stayed at this 6-bedroom hotel - which is in a beautifully restored old building in the main street of the picturesque town of Saint Andrews - during a New Brunswick road trip and we were impressed. Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed and a seating area with two chairs and a coffee table. The shower room was kitted out with good quality toiletries. The hotel has its own restaurant (which is excellent) and parking for guests. The town’s shops and other restaurants are close by, as is Pendlebury lighthouse and the Van Horne trail."
